Diagnosis: Testing revealed failed coil packs in the dryer, which control the gas valve operation and heat production. The dryer also had significant lint buildup internally and in the vent system. On the washer, we found a worn clutch, damaged agitator dogs, and a failed motor coupling — all components that affect the spin cycle performance.

Frigidaire refrigerator (FRT21G4BW4) — Canton, OH

Reported: The customer reported water leaking into the crisper. This type of water accumulation typically indicates a drainage issue within the refrigerator’s defrost system.

Diagnosis: We found the defrost drain for the refrigerator freezer was plugged. When this drain becomes blocked, defrost water has nowhere to go and backs up into areas like the crisper drawers instead of flowing to the drain pan beneath the unit.
