I’m the owner of Louisville Appliance Repair, and I’m the person who actually shows up at your door. No call center, no rotating techs — just me and the truck.
Owner-operated since 2018
I’ve been repairing appliances across Stark County since 2018. From the start I took on the brands a lot of local shops wouldn’t — Samsung and LG especially — because someone had to learn them, and I wanted it to be me.
Louisville Appliance Repair is my company today. When you call, you get me directly: the same person who diagnoses your appliance, orders the part, and does the repair.
How I work
My approach hasn’t changed in all these years: figure out what’s actually wrong, explain it in plain terms, and fix it right the first time. About 85 to 90 percent of my repairs are finished on the first visit because I show up prepared with the parts your appliance is likely to need.
I’m a repair-first person. The best appliance is usually the one already in your home — a single failed part is almost always worth fixing over buying, waiting for, and learning a whole new machine. If something truly isn’t worth repairing, I’ll tell you that honestly before you spend a dime on parts.
Every repair I complete is backed by a 6-month labor warranty on the work I do.
