Had a very good experience with Sam. Had everything he needed to fix the problems with our washing machine. Very courteous, professional and very quickly repaired the washer. I highly recommend using this service.

Most places I tried to contact were using an AI program that could not truly respond to the issues that I presented. Dealing with a real person and not some “robot” is always easier to communicate with and get the best results.

After searching and reading reviews, I called Louisville Appliance Repair to fix my broken ice maker in my refrigerator. Sam was quick to respond, kept me updated as to when he would arrive and checked in after the service to be sure…

Good guy prompt timely service very knowledgeable

Sam was quick to disassemble and diagnose the problem with our dryer. He reassembled the dryer and provided a couple options to complete the repair which we are still considering.

Louisville appliance came very quickly the night I called him with a refrigeration problem. He came back as soon as he got the part and fixed it and he checked in to make sure it was still working. I would recommend him… very fast and prompt… a company you can trust.

This will be an odd review because I did not have any repairs done… Sam advised me to seek a warranty repair on my appliance… That’s exactly how I believe this should work…

Great customer service!! Was timely and efficient. We have had ongoing issues with our LG washer. Was able to get it repaired within 24 hours of contacting him. Highly recommend this company for not only clothes washer repair but any appliance.
