“This will be an odd review because I did not have any repairs done by this company. However, after calling for a repair and discussing my issue with Sam, he advised me to seek a warranty repair on my appliance. I had no idea it was still under warranty. I was able to get the repair done for free by another company. This just shows you what kind of a business this is! I am beyond grateful and hope that this review helps him get much more deserved business and accolades.”

He could have tried to up-sell me or get me to buy a new unit. But instead, he was honest and very professional. Do yourself a favor and just call Sam.
