The warranty on my repairs
I’m Sam, and I stand behind my work. Every repair I finish is backed by a 6-month labor warranty — if something I fixed acts up, I come back and make it right.
My 6-month labor warranty
Every repair I complete is backed by a 6-month labor warranty. If something I repaired acts up within six months, I come back and make it right — you don’t pay for that return labor. That’s my promise on the work I do, and it’s been my standard since 2018.
I use OEM parts so repairs last. The right part, installed correctly, is what keeps a good appliance running for years instead of failing again in a few weeks. About 85 to 90 percent of my repairs are finished on the first visit.
Honest diagnosis comes first. If an appliance isn’t worth fixing, I tell you before you spend anything — no pressure, no surprises. The best appliance is usually the one already in your home, and most of the time a single-part failure is far cheaper to repair than it is to go buy, wait for, and learn a brand-new machine.
How the warranty works
1. I diagnose and explain
I figure out what’s actually wrong and explain it in plain terms — what failed, why, and what it takes to fix it.
2. I repair with OEM parts
I do the repair with OEM parts and take the time to do it once instead of twice.
3. 6-month labor warranty
That completed repair is backed by my 6-month labor warranty. If the same problem comes back within six months, the return labor is on me.
4. If it recurs, reach out
Text or call me and I’ll come back and make it right. You work directly with me from the first message to the finished repair.
