Reported: The customer reported their LG range was taking forever to pre-heat and probably not getting to proper temp. The oven wasn’t reaching the set temperature in a reasonable time, making cooking frustrating and unpredictable.
Diagnosis: Testing revealed that the relay control board and broil element need replaced. The relay control board manages power distribution to heating elements, while a failed broil element can affect overall oven temperature regulation and heating performance.
Admiral refrigerator (GFE29HMDAES) — North Canton, OH
Reported: The customer complained of variation in temperature, variation in freezing, and strange noises. They also noted the refrigerator seems not to run all the time, indicating inconsistent operation.
Diagnosis: Our inspection revealed the freezer evaporator thermistor was out of spec. This sensor controls temperature regulation in the freezer compartment, and when it fails, it causes the exact symptoms the customer was experiencing.

Frigidaire wall oven (GLEB30T9DBB) — Salem, OH
Reported: The customer reported their wall oven was non operational. Neither oven cavity would heat or respond to controls.
Diagnosis: Testing revealed the main relay board (part 316429800) had failed. This board controls power distribution to both oven heating elements and was preventing the entire unit from functioning.

LG Washer; refrigerator (WT5001CW) — Uniontown, OH
Reported: The customer contacted us because their LG WT5001CW washer’s wash cycle doesn’t work. The machine would start but couldn’t complete the washing process properly.
Diagnosis: During our inspection, we found a coin stuck between the wash plate and spin basket. This prevented the washer from agitating in wash mode, which explained why the wash cycle couldn’t function normally.

Frigidaire dishwasher (FFCD2413US2A) — Uniontown, OH
Reported: The customer reported that their dishwasher would turn on and a little water runs in and then it just sits there. However, when we arrived for the service call, the machine was completely dead and wouldn’t start at all.
Diagnosis: Machine was dead when I arrived. One of the wires in the junction box was not making a good connection. After addressing the electrical issue, we found the pump assembly had also failed, preventing the dishwasher from completing its cycles properly.
