Reported: Fridge not running – tested by smacking the console next to the thermostat knob and motor kicked back on, customer confirmed running while on call. Diagnosed bad thermostat; replacement needed. Customer transferred ice cream/ice to neighbor; meat etc should be OK overnight. Customer instructed: don’t open freezer door, smack console near knob if it stops running again.

Reported: Flat top range — two large burners stuck on high, not responding to lower heat settings.
Frigidaire refrigerator (FFTR2045VS6) — Louisville, OH
Reported: We have a Frigidaire refrigerator. We bought it brand new about 2 years ago. Came down this morning and noticed there was frost in the freezer. I cleaned the seals to make sure it was getting a good seal. Checked it a few hours later and noticed the ice was melted. I don’t think the condenser or fan is kicking on.
