Deep Fill stopped working — the tub will not fill to the selected level, and the only way she can get enough water in is by repeatedly restarting the wash cycle to stack partial fills. Onset approximately two weeks prior. A previous service company replaced the suspension shocks with no change to the complaint and dented the top of the dryer during that visit.
Repair: Drain hose was too deep in standpipe, end submerged, siphoning tub out during fill — confirmed by active F25 pressure dropout x24. Repositioned and secured hose. Applied firmware updates. All diagnostics pass, no OOB. No parts needed. 30-day guarantee.

Repair: Found icemaker switched off at control. Restored ice production and demonstrated on/off operation and ice dispensing features to customer. Verified icemaker cycled and filled correctly. No parts required, no defect found.
Bosch range (HES245U/01) — Canton, OH
Reported: ** WEBSITE LEAD **Requested: 2026-07-08Notes: Timing details: Broiler hasn’t worked since we got the house 10 years ago but the preheating issue just happened 2 days ago.
Repair: Diagnosed no-broil and preheat stall on Bosch HES245U/01. Broil element tested open; bake element, oven sensor, supply voltage, and board relay outputs all verified good. Replaced broil element. Verified broil operation and full preheat from 70°F in 12 minutes with normal element cycling. Unit operating to spec.
Crosley refrigerator (CT18GKXRT01) — Canton, OH
Reported: Refrigerator leaking water into both freezer and refrigerator compartments, likely clogged drain. Cleaned twice by a different company already.
Repair: Drain frozen at tube. Cleared pan ice, steamed and brushed drain tube to free flow. Verified aluminum heat strap present with contact at defrost element and correct depth. Checked thermostat, element, frost pattern, trough slope, temps — all normal.

Reported: Gas cooktop (built-in) not usable — copper gas lines with flare fittings disconnected, needs reconnection and repair

Repair: WA400PJHDWR/AA — Customer complaint: washer not draining, fills with water, stops mid-cycle, ND (no drain) error. Found sock lodged in drain pump housing. Removed obstruction and reassembled. Ran full drain and spin cycle to verify — pump evacuates fully, ND error cleared with no re-trip, no leaks at pump housing or drain hose connections. Impeller, inlet screen, and drain hose all inspected clear. Note: sensor was previously replaced for a similar symptom by prior service — that repair was unrelated to this obstruction. Washer returned to full working order.
Speed queen dryer (ADE4BRGS177TW01) — North Canton, OH
Reported: On the Automatic Regular/ Delicate cycle it was not getting hot or taking two cycles to get dry with even a very small load.
Repair: Vent discharge at exterior hood 1/4 obstructed, causing exhaust thermostat to open early and cycle heat. Cleared obstruction. Verified 22A draw at 240V, element and thermostats OK. Auto and timed dry heating and advancing normally. No parts.
Whirlpool refrigerator (WRF767SDHZ00) — North Canton, OH
Reported: French door refrigerator not cooling; upper refrigerator section and upper ice maker not working, bottom freezer drawer and lower ice maker functioning normally
Repair: Whirlpool WRF767SDHZ00, S# K94511769 — complaint refrigerator not cooling, upper ice maker not producing. Found freezer evaporator fan motor failed, no air circulation to either compartment; both fresh food and freezer warm, ice compartment not reaching temp to cycle ice maker. Replaced evaporator fan motor. Verified airflow to fresh food and freezer, evaporator frost pattern normal. Unit cooling correctly. Customer declined light repair.
Kitchenaid range (KFGD500ESS04) — Uniontown, OH
Reported: One of the gas stove top ranges will ignite intensely. Causing the initial flame burst out quite high. It was recommended to have a professional look at it.
Repair: Front left surface burner sporadic delayed ignition. Burner cap/head not removable for cleaning — fasteners to burner base under cooktop are seized; removal risks breakage requiring full burner assembly replacement. Manual realignment of cap improved light-off partially but did not fully correct. Advised customer of repair scope. Customer elected to continue using as-is at this time.
Samsung refrigerator (RF28T5001SR) — Uniontown, OH
Reported: We never have gotten a lot of ice and since the motherboard was put in but that’s since I’m going to have to have you come out to do this. I might as well have you check the ice maker along with it? I put meat in the refrigerator to thaw and the blood got caught between the glass and the shelf for the bottom by where the crisper drawers are. My husband tried to pinch the tabs and he is unable to do that and he doesn’t want to break the shelf. So I need help with that and you might as well check the ice maker at the same time.
Repair: Ran forced test cycle — icemaker filled, froze, and ejected normally. Cube size and fill volume good. Freezer 0F, fresh food 38F, no frost buildup, drawer seal and airflow good. Removed crisper shelf glass for cleaning and reinstalled. Ice scoop stored in bin may intermittently obstruct bail arm. Advised customer to monitor output over the next several days; if production remains low, icemaker replacement is the next step
