Refrigerator not cooling sufficiently; freezer working fine; customer cleaned coils already.

Checked evaporator for frost buildup — none present, confirming defrost operation normal. Freezer evaporator fan confirmed functioning. Noted airflow reaching the in-door icemaker compartment but absent at fresh food vents, indicating a fresh food air delivery fault. Ran full service diagnostics: freezer and refrigerator thermistors passed, evaporator fan and electric damper cycled open/closed correctly with airflow confirmed present when open and absent when closed, defrost bimetal closed, both door switches passed, ice level sensor, ice bin thermistor, ambient thermistor, humidity sensor, and icebox fan/baffle motor all passed. Switched defrost mode to 8-hour basic. Ran a full defrost cycle, which completed normally with no faults. Inspected refrigerator return air tunnels — clear, no obstruction. Pulled and checked RC thermistor resistance at the control board connector with sensor unplugged — read 3.547kΩ, within a plausible functional range. Checked damper motor and position-sensing switch circuit at the control board; board successfully drove the damper through a full cycle when probed, confirming the motor, switch, and control output are all functional. After disconnecting and reconnecting the two harness connectors involved in testing (RC thermistor and damper circuit) and reseating the unit back into place, refrigerator compartment resumed cooling normally. Customer was provided a repair quote.

Dryer drum not spinning — customer suspects broken drum belt; heat is working

Found belt broken. Replaced belt, two support rollers and idler pulley using the whirlpool dryer maintenance kit. Swept lint from dryer cabinet inside. I was unable to completely fasten the dryer vent. The vent from the back of the dryer to the outside is a plastic slinky and is not up to code. It should be replaced ASAP.

Bottom wall oven not lighting reliably — flame visible but oven not heating, runs 20+ minutes without warming, propane smell suggests possible leak or faulty igniter

Found bake igniter weak. Replaced igniter. Good to go.
Performed: Measure igniter current draw with an ammeter in series during ignition attempt; Inspect igniter for cracks, carbon tracking, or glazing; Check safety (oven) thermostat continuity and calibration; Inspect burner ports and venturi tube for blockage or spider nesting; Verify igniter-to-burner gap and alignment; Check oven door gasket seal and door hinge tension; Inspect wiring harness and connectors at gas valve and igniter module for heat damage or loose pins.
