The Problem
Dryer not heating up, not drying clothes
The Repair
Thermal fuse on heat element tested open. Replaced thermal fuse and cycling thermostat. Dryer vent was subpar. Bathroom vent was routed into it. The screen outside on the vent was completely obstructed. We removed the bathroom vent from the routing. Customer will take care of routing that through the wall. Dryer vent is properly routed by itself through the wall and outlet is clear. Dryer is heating normally. Airflow is good. Good to go.
