The Problem
CL9 vent blockage code persisting after professional duct cleaning and exterior cap replacement; dryer not heating or drying properly. Suspects internal vent sensor, thermistor, or flow sensor failure.
The Repair
Heat element tested open. Replaced element, cleaned lint from blower wheel. Good to go.

The Problem
IThe dryer was running two day ago. Then it quit. it gets power and sounds like it will start but doesnt. If you have time you could come today.
The Repair
Found dryer motor humming, not starting. Manually rotated drum while holding start button. Unit took off and is operating fine. I have occasionally seen lint buildup in the brushes cause this. Dryer is operating normally at this point.
Kitchenaid Refrigerator Repair — Alliance, OH

The Problem
Refrigerator completely dead — no lights, motor not running. Customer verified outlet is energized via extension cord and reset all breakers. Unit still has no power.
The Repair
Found unit cooling but in Sabbath mode so display was not lit up. Showed Customer how to switch that off if it happens again. Good to go.
