Bottom freezer not cooling; refrigerator compartment and ice maker working fine. Possible bad fan or door seal issue. Condensation visible on interior panel.
The Repair
Found sporadic temperature drift in both compartments and icemaker via SmartHQ. All components functional per Smart HQ. Found condenser coils heavily obstructed. Cleaned coils as best as we could. Unit should return to normal cooling capacity within several days. If it does not, they are likely looking at a sealed system failure/week compressor and will need to replace the refrigerator at that point.
