Performed: FZ/FF compartment temps (Both within spec); Damper (test 5) (Opens/closes normally, quiet); FZ thermistor (Good); FF thermistor (Good); Defrost system (No defrost issues, evap clear); Evaporator fan (Good, runs quiet); Noise source (Heard it in person — refrigerant gurgle at evaporator / filter drier, normal flow noise, no restriction indicated); Door gaskets (Both doors seal good); Water supply / ice maker (No water line connected, ice maker off); Drain (Clear); Error log (service mode test 9) (No errors logged).
The gurgle is the refrigerant moving through the system — same as water in a pipe. I checked temps, fans, damper, defrost, sensors and the error log and it all passes. The fridge is healthy; nothing to fix. If it ever starts running warm or the noise turns into a rattle or buzz, that’s a different story — call me then.
