Repair record › LG washers
We've repaired 36 LG washers for this problem between August 2018 and November 2025. This is what was actually wrong, counted from our own job records.
Of the 36 LG washers we've repaired for "not draining", the most common cause was: drain pump failed (27 jobs, 75%), followed by drain pump clogged (2). The parts we replaced most often were drain pump, drain pump filter, dryer vent.
Seen once each: drum support broken, drain hose clogged, control panel board failed, water level sensor hose disconnected, drain pump wire disconnected.
One repair can replace more than one part, so these add up to more than the number of jobs.
Most of these jobs showed no code at all; the customer just noticed the problem.
