Repair record › Samsung washers
We've repaired 14 Samsung washers for this problem between March 2020 and August 2026. This is what was actually wrong, counted from our own job records.
Of the 14 Samsung washers we've repaired for "not filling", the most common cause was: inlet valve screens clogged (4 jobs, 29%), followed by water inlet valve failed (4). The parts we replaced most often were water inlet valve, dryer lint screen.
Seen once each: water supply turned off, water supply hose kinked, lid lock jammed, drain hose siphoning water out.
One repair can replace more than one part, so these add up to more than the number of jobs.
Most of these jobs showed no code at all; the customer just noticed the problem.
