Repair record › Samsung washers
We've repaired 19 Samsung washers for this problem between March 2019 and June 2026. This is what was actually wrong, counted from our own job records.
Of the 19 Samsung washers we've repaired for "not spinning", the most common cause was: drum spider support broken (3 jobs, 16%), followed by drain pump clogged (2) and drain pump failed (2). The parts we replaced most often were drain pump, drive belt, water inlet valve.
Seen once each: tub bearings worn out, shock absorbers worn out, house drain clogged, drain filter clogged, water inlet valve failed, suspension rods worn out, drum spider support bent, wash basket bent.
One repair can replace more than one part, so these add up to more than the number of jobs.
Most of these jobs showed no code at all; the customer just noticed the problem.
