The diagnosis turned up a failing evaporator fan motor, an out-of-spec defrost thermostat, and a loose icemaker mold. The freezer fan motor has failed. It’s spinning but very very slowly. Unit is unable to circulate air to the fresh food compartment. Defrost thermostat is out of spec and affecting defrost capacity. Icemaker mold is loose and would need to be replaced for long-term longevity. Customer will look at purchasing new.
