The Problem
When started, the washer will begin to run, but then gets “stuck” locking and unlocking, with water left in the tub and not washing or rinsing. Even resetting doesn’t resolve it. When this happens, I have to unplug it for several hours and try again.
This doesn’t happen with each use – maybe once or twice a week
The Repair
Complaint of status lights flashing an error code. Error code unknown. Confirmed good cold and hot water flow. Lid lock seems to be working fine. Advised to record a video of the status/error code next time it happens and send it to me.
