The ways to reach me
Call or text me at (330) 693-9163. I answer texts myself — there’s no call center and no answering service between us. When you message that number, you’re talking to the person who will show up at your door.
If it’s a new repair, the scheduling form is the fastest way to get on my calendar. Tell me the brand, the appliance, and what it’s doing, and I’ll get back to you to lock in a time — same day or next day whenever possible.
Hours
I take service Monday through Saturday. Text me anytime and I’ll reply as soon as I’m off a job.
Where I’m based
Louisville Appliance Repair is owner-operated out of Louisville, Ohio, in Stark County. From here I cover the whole county and reach out about 25 miles in most directions — Canton, Alliance, Massillon, North Canton, Hartville, Louisville, and plenty of towns in between.

Meet Sam
I’m Sam Willhite, the owner and the person who does the work. I’ve been repairing appliances since 2018, and I hold EPA 608 universal, R-600a sealed-system, Lokring, and M-CAP master certifications.
My approach is repair-first: the best appliance is usually the one already in your home. If a fix isn’t worth it, I’ll tell you — and I back the repairs I complete with a 6-month labor warranty.
