The refrigerator door gasket steel was not sealing properly. I verified that it was installed correctly. There’s nothing more that I can do with it. Customer has already tried warming it with a hair dryer to no avail. If it continues to be an issue, I would reach out to the dealer that sold it to you and see if they have some suggestions. If not, it may be that they would warranty the part for one that works properly. There should be either a 90 day or a one year warranty on the part.
