Samuel found the unit connected to an arc fault outlet and resolved the issue by plugging it into a different circuit, restoring normal operation. A replacement door bin was also drop shipped to complete the service call.

It hasn’t been cold now it has no lights and it is plugged in.

The fridge was plugged into a Arc Fault outlet. I plugged it into a different circuit and it appears to be operating properly.
I also drop shipped a replacement shelf for the door on the fridge.
