Frigidaire stackable washer/sryer Repair – North Canton, OH (FFLE3911QW)

Louisville Appliance Repair made a visit to a customer on Wise Ave NW in North Canton, OH to look at a Frigidaire stackable washer and dryer, model FFLE3911QW, that was stopping mid-cycle during the rinse fill, failing to drain, and leaving the lid locked. After arriving and attempting to evaluate the unit, the technician was unable to enter diagnostics due to the machine’s behavior and could not perform the standard testing outlined in the technical data. With no charge for the visit, the customer was advised to contact Frigidaire directly to have one of their authorized servicers take a look at the appliance.

The Problem

Stops once cycle of washer is full for rinse, does not drain then and leaves lid locked.

The Repair

I was unable to enter Diagnostics due to the way the machine responded. And not being able to test it like the technical data says I should, I am not comfortable attempting this repair. I encouraged the customer to reach out to Frigidaire for their authorized servicers to take a look at it. No charge for today’s visit.
