If your appliance is still under its factory warranty, the covered repair should not cost you out of pocket. As a factory-authorized servicer for Bosch, Speed Queen, GE, and Thermador, we can perform that in-warranty repair and bill the manufacturer directly.

Louisville Appliance Repair is the only independent in Stark County holding Bosch, Thermador, GE, and Speed Queen factory authorizations at the same time. For those brands, if your appliance is still under the manufacturer warranty, we can do the covered repair and the manufacturer is billed, not you, without you having to wait on an out-of-town servicer.

LG sealed-system and compressor warranty work
We are not an LG factory-authorized servicer, but we do the work most shops will not: we install LG-supplied compressors under LG’s compressor warranty and perform the in-home sealed-system repair. You arrange the warranty compressor with LG; we handle the certified sealed-system labor (EPA 608 and R-600a).
How to Check If Your Appliance Is Still Under Warranty

Find the model and serial number
Look for the rating plate: inside the refrigerator on the frame, around the door opening on a dishwasher or washer, on the door jamb of a range, or on the back of the unit. Photograph it so you have it handy.
Find or estimate your purchase date
Most major appliances come with a manufacturer warranty from the purchase date, with the length varying by brand. If you do not have a receipt, the serial number can often date the unit. Our GE serial number lookup decodes the build date on GE appliances.
Check the brand-specific coverage
