Whirlpool washer (TAWS700EQ2) — Minerva, OH
Reported: The customer reported their washer won’t fill with water. The machine would start its cycle but no water entered the tub, leaving clothes dry and the wash cycle unable to proceed.

Whirlpool washer (RTW4516FW2) — Minerva, OH
Reported: The customer reported that the agitator won’t spin. This left clothes poorly cleaned since the agitator provides the washing action that moves water and detergent through the load.
Diagnosis: The agitator was stripped. When the internal components that connect the agitator to the drive system wear out or break, the agitator loses its ability to turn during the wash cycle.
Repair: Work: Replaced the agitator and calibrated the washer · Parts: 285565 — agitator · Result: The agitator now spins properly during wash cycles

Without proper air circulation, the fridge section couldn’t maintain temperature while the freezer continued working normally.
Repair: Work: Replaced the fresh food evaporator fan and reset the control board · Parts: WR60X35205 — refrigerator fresh food evaporator fan · Result: Both compartments now maintaining proper temperatures with adequate air circulation

Whirlpool refrigerator — Minerva, OH
Reported: The customer reported their fridge was working normally, but the freezer section wasn’t maintaining proper temperature. This selective cooling failure pointed to a refrigeration system issue rather than a simple component failure.
Diagnosis: Our inspection revealed the refrigerator had a weak cooling system, most likely due to a freon leak. This type of refrigerant loss creates the exact symptom pattern the customer experienced — partial cooling in some sections while others fail to reach proper temperatures.
Repair: Work: Diagnostic evaluation of cooling system · Parts: No parts used · Result: Determined refrigerant leak made repair uneconomical
