A Samsung refrigerator at a home on Edinderry Drive Northwest in Canton, Ohio was having trouble with the freezer door not closing completely. Samuel visited the home and found that worn drawer slides were causing the freezer drawer assembly to sag, which was preventing a proper seal and allowing frost to build up inside. After ordering and installing a new freezer drawer slide assembly, the refrigerator was back in working order.

The Repair
The drawer slides were worn out and causing the whole freezer drawer assembly to sag. This kept it from closing properly. This let moist air in and created frost in the freezer compartment. I ordered a new freezer drawer slide assembly from encompass parts and repaired it. It is good to go.
Parts replaced: DA97-14385A (assembly hanger-low).
