A coffee system at a Canton business wasn’t reaching proper temperature, with the steam function completely failing. Our diagnostic revealed a complete loss of the steam boiler heating circuit, requiring specialized factory service.

The Problem

We confirmed via diagnostic display that the brew boiler was reaching 93°C operating temp, but the steam boiler (heater 2) was failing to rise above 26°C ambient. This indicates complete loss of heater 2 circuit — likely blown thermal fuse, failed element, or failed SSR on power PCB. The unit is locked out and this is not a scale/maintenance issue. The telemetry connection (E233) is also down.
