A Frigidaire refrigerator at a home on Gateway Blvd SE in Canton, OH lost its front panel entirely, leaving the dispenser and controls inoperable and giving the owner a shock in the process. Samuel visited the home, confirmed the user interface was dead, and replaced it. With the repair complete, all buttons are responsive and the display is properly lit, while cooling and freezing had remained unaffected throughout.

User interface on front is dead. It has five and 12 V DC respectively to it. Replaced user interface. Good to go. All buttons, responsive and displayed is lit properly.
