A Frigidaire refrigerator at a home on Gateway Blvd SE in Canton, OH had a front panel that went out completely, leaving the dispenser and controls inoperable and shocking an employee in the process, though the unit continued cooling and freezing without issue. Samuel visited the home and found the user interface dead, confirmed proper voltage to the board, and replaced the user interface. After the repair, all buttons were responsive and the display lit up correctly.

User interface on front is dead. It has five and 12 V DC respectively to it. Replaced user interface. Good to go. All buttons, responsive and displayed is lit properly.
