A Roper dryer at a home on W Beech St in Alliance, OH was giving the customer trouble, refusing to start, producing no heat, and showing a drum that was seized and hard to turn. Samuel visited the home and found that a failed door switch was responsible for the no-start condition, with the unit otherwise capable of heating. After replacing the door switch, the dryer was back up and running, spinning freely and heating well.
