Louisville Appliance Repair recently visited a customer on Glamorgan Street in Alliance, OH, after their Samsung refrigerator (model RF28HDEDBSR) stopped cooling properly. Upon inspection, the unit was found to have significant frost buildup on the rear coils, and repair was determined to not be economical at this time. Samuel advised the customer on how to manually defrost the unit and provided diagnostics guidance while they make plans to replace it.
