If you found a review profile that lists “Sam”
Some of the older review profiles — Angi, HomeAdvisor, Thumbtack, Nextdoor — still carry reviews from work I did years ago. Those reviews are real and I’m proud of them, but the contact information attached to some of those listings has gone out of date. The current, verified business is Louisville Appliance Repair, Louisville OH 44641 — that’s the one to use. What hasn’t changed
The technician is the same person. The diagnostic approach is the same — I still walk in and start with the same handful of questions, still listen for the things experience tells me to listen for, still tell you straight when a repair isn’t worth doing. If anything, I’m carrying more credentials now than I was a few years back — Bosch, Thermador, GE, and Speed Queen factory authorizations all run concurrently, plus the sealed-system and M-CAP master certifications that round out the technical baseline.
