On a service call to Pontiac Trail in Malvern, OH, Samuel Willhite found a Bradford White power-vent water heater that had been running since 1999 and would no longer ignite. The draft inducer motor had seized, which prevented ignition entirely. Replacing the motor got the unit firing again.
