Samuel visited a home on 15th Street NE in Canton, OH on a service call for a Samsung refrigerator that had stopped cooling in the fresh food section. After inspecting the unit, he found frost and ice buildup at the fridge evaporator fan and determined the refrigerator was not in a condition that could be repaired economically. The customer decided to replace the unit.
The Problem
The refrigerator part of it is not getting cold, but the freezer is gonna say it might be a fan, but I don’t know.
