On a service call to Norman Ave NW in Canton, OH, Samuel found a GE water softener (model GXSF30V00) filling to the top of the tank and showing signs of a significant past leak at the rear connections. The unit was evaluated, and no parts were replaced during the visit.

Water softener leaking. There’s evidence that it was leaking heavily, but Customer was not able to observe it nor was I. It is dripping from the connections in the back.
