Samsung refrigerator RF28T5F01SR — initial visit found freezer evaporator fan seized; proper voltage confirmed at the motor connector, fan freed by hand to restore cooling and airflow, replacement assembly ordered. Interior light response and damper operation verified normal. On return visit, cooling was normal but fan bearings were noisy, and the defrost drain was found plugged with meltwater refreezing and discharging ice onto the freezer floor. Replaced the freezer evaporator fan/cover assembly, cleared the defrost drain, and removed accumulated ice. Verified fan operation, drain flow, and normal cooling on completion. Unit operating properly.
