NOT MAKING ICE! PUT NEW H2O FILTER IN AND IT MADE 1 TRAY OF ICE. WE HAVE FOLLOWED ALL OF THE INSTRUCTIONS THAT IT SAYS TO DO AND STILL NOTHING.

Icemaker not producing, sporadic cycling. FF 37°F, FR 0°F, mold -3°F. Ran full technical mode diagnostics: all sensors in range, hopper fill state reading not-full, bin switch functional, both water valves good, drain clear, cube size normal when producing. Forced heat and harvest cycle — heater and ejector both functioned on command but unit would not initiate reliably on its own. Replaced icemaker assembly. Verified ice production and dump. Unit operating normally.

Gas range large burner flames shooting out unevenly past pan; customer also asking about possibility of swapping to a larger burner for canning

Bake igniter pulling 3.1 A instead of the 3.2 to 3.6 that it should. Sporadic heat issues from oven. Front left-hand burner needs cap. Customer would prefer to replace unit with an electric stove.

Dryer is rumbling and squeaking while drying.

Rear support roller worn, belt dry rotted. Replaced belt, idler and both support rollers.

Problem: Throwing HC code and TC code.

Customer reported HC and tC codes. HC present before the cycle started, ruling out vent restriction and pointing to the thermistor circuit. Diagnosed failed Thermistor1. Replacement carried on truck tested open before reassembly, so job was held for a second part. Returned 7/24 8:50 AM, installed replacement, verified resistance in spec, completed reassembly. Full cycle test — heating and cycling normally, no codes. Vent, thermal fuse, thermal cutoff, element, and door switch checked and in spec. Repair complete.
