Bosch Refrigerator Repair – Magnolia, OH (B36FD31ENS/01)

The Problem

NOT MAKING ICE! PUT NEW H2O FILTER IN AND IT MADE 1 TRAY OF ICE. WE HAVE FOLLOWED ALL OF THE INSTRUCTIONS THAT IT SAYS TO DO AND STILL NOTHING.

Work performed: Icemaker not producing, sporadic cycling. FF 37°F, FR 0°F, mold -3°F. Ran full technical mode diagnostics: all sensors in range, hopper fill state reading not-full, bin switch functional, both water valves good, drain clear, cube size normal when producing. Forced heat and harvest cycle — heater and ejector both functioned on command but unit would not initiate reliably on its own. Replaced icemaker assembly. Verified ice production and dump. Unit operating normally.
