The Repair
Performed: Verify 240V at dryer terminal block — measure L1-L2, L1-N, L2-N; Ohm the heating element coil — disconnect leads, measure across terminals; Check high-limit thermostat continuity (mounted on heater housing); Inspect exhaust duct and lint screen for blockage causing thermal fuse to blow; Check door switch continuity — confirm both motor and heat circuits close with door latched; Inspect wire harness and connectors at heater assembly for heat damage, corrosion, or loose terminals; Verify control board or timer is sending signal to heat relay — check for 120V across heat relay coil terminals during heat cycle.
Found high limit fuse on heater. Replaced thermal fuse and cycling thermostat. Good to go.

Found belt off. Idlerpulley tweaked. Replaced belt and idler pulley. Good to go.
