Frigidaire Refrigerator Repair – Canton, OH (FGSS2635TP5)

The Repair

Ran diagnostic mode and cycled the damper (test 22) — closes fully and seats correctly, no binding. Checked FF thermistor reading against diagnostic mode — in spec. No error codes present. Fresh food was running 4-8°F below setpoint (30-34° actual vs 38° set) while freezer held dead on at 0°, but with damper and thermistor both checking out and no fault codes, no failed component identified. Advised customer to raise FF setpoint several degrees to compensate for running cooler than displayed — should resolve without parts.
