Not getting cold enough / not reaching proper temperature; no unusual noises.

Frost pattern inside the freezer compartment indicated intermittent airflow — consistent with a slow/failing evaporator fan and/or cold control not engaging cooling promptly on demand. Freezer and fresh food temps were within spec at time of inspection (0°F / 35°F), door seals and gaskets checked good on both compartments, defrost drain clear, no abnormal noise or vibration present. Compressor cut in immediately on setpoint adjustment, but the frost signature pointed to a cycling/airflow inconsistency not otherwise reproducible on demand. Quoted customer for evaporator fan and digital cold control; customer approved replacement of both. Installed evaporator fan motor and cold control board, verified normal operation post-repair. Repair complete.

Customer reports HI TEMP indicator illuminated continuously since prior repair. Verified freezer compartment holding -2 to -7°F at control setting 5, with temperature cycling normally between cut-in and cut-out, confirming thermistor input and compressor control function correctly. Per manufacturer documentation (297281400), the HI TEMP indicator on this standard electronic control extinguishes automatically once compartment temperature falls below 23°F; the ALARM RESET button silences the audible alarm only and does not clear the indicator. Compartment has held well below the 23°F clear threshold since the prior visit with no change to the indicator. Control lock function operates normally, confirming button and panel response. Alarm indicator determined to be latched at the control board, unrelated to compartment temperature or sensing circuit.
Replacement control board ordered.

Replaced main board. All OK.

Gas wall oven not igniting — neither broiler nor oven will light; possibly related to cleaning with soapy water spray

Bake igniter tested open. Replaced igniter. Good to go. Burner ignited in 45 seconds.

Will not spin; shuts door, hits start, and only makes a humming sound.

Found heavy lint buildup from blower and invent to outside of house. Cleared lint, cleaned vent. Good to go.

Install disposal

Replaced garbage disposal and plumbing from sink to the wall. Good to go.
