Kitchenaid Refrigerator Repair – Alliance, OH (KRFC236SBE01)

On a service call to Alliance, OH, Samuel found a KitchenAid refrigerator that appeared completely dead, with no display and no audible operation. The unit was actually cooling the whole time. Sabbath mode had silenced the display and made the refrigerator appear to have lost power entirely.

The Problem

Refrigerator completely dead — no lights, motor not running. Customer verified outlet is energized via extension cord and reset all breakers. Unit still has no power.

The Repair

Found unit cooling but in Sabbath mode so display was not lit up. Showed Customer how to switch that off if it happens again. Good to go.
