Speed Queen Dryer Repair – Alliance, OH (ADE3SRGS177TW01)

Samuel was on a service call on Reeder Ave NE in Alliance, OH for a Speed Queen dryer that had stopped producing heat. Testing revealed a blown thermal fuse rather than a failed heating element, and after replacing the fuse and cycling thermostat the dryer was back up and running with confirmed good airflow.

The Problem

Seems like a heating element? Which I had it replaced 1-2 years ago but it seems to not be working.

The Repair

High limit thermal fuse tested open. Replaced thermal fuse and cycling thermostat. Good airflow at vent at 21 mph.
