WON’T TURN ON
The Repair
Complaint: washer intermittently won’t start. Found customer pressing and holding the Start button for approximately 3 seconds, which cancels the cycle (per the “hold 3 sec to cancel” label printed under the Start button). Customer stated the owner’s manual was confusing on this point. Demonstrated correct operation: short press of Start to begin the cycle; showed customer the cancel label on the control panel. Had customer start a load herself and verified the washer starts and runs normally. Unable to access SmartHQ Service for stored codes/software check due to no cell service at the residence. No fault found; unit operating normally. Customer instructed, good to go.
