The Repair

Customer reported the ice dispenser ran continuously / paddle appeared to stick, so she turned the ice maker off. Tested dispenser today: cube and crushed both dispense and stop correctly, paddle returns freely, could not replicate the issue. Ice maker turned back on. Advised customer to resume normal use and call if it sticks again — opening the left refrigerator door will stop the dispenser if it does. If it recurs, next step is the dispenser pad assembly. No charge for today’s visit.
