How We Help
The process is built to respect your time and your wallet. You schedule online or call us, describe the appliance and what it’s doing, and we come to your home to diagnose the actual problem — not guess at it over the phone. We carry the most common OEM parts on the truck, so a large share of repairs are finished in that first visit. When a part has to be ordered, we tell you up front and get back out as soon as it lands.
We charge a diagnostic fee to come out and identify the issue, and if you approve the repair, that fee applies toward the total — it isn’t an extra charge stacked on top. If you decide not to move forward, you only owe the diagnostic. Because we don’t sell appliances, we have no reason to talk you into replacing something that’s worth fixing. Our default is simple: the best appliance is usually the one already in your home.
