On a service call to Louisville, OH, Samuel Willhite found a GE refrigerator running louder than normal with the freezer drain repeatedly freezing over. The drain was plugged with dust and lint, but after clearing and snaking it and removing the ice buildup, the unit was back in working order with no parts needed.

Defrost drain was plugged and there was ice running out the front. Cleared drain, snaked drain. It was obstructed with dust and lint. Cleaned ice from bottom of freezer compartment. Good to go.
