Samuel was called out to Southwoods Ln SE in North Canton for a GE heat pump all-in-one washer/dryer combo that had stopped drying. After working through a warranty dispatch that the customer had been unable to get resolved on her own, Samuel identified a failed humidity thermistor and replaced the outlet thermistor to get the unit back in working order.

Customer reached out to GE for Warranty service but was unable to get them to dispatch someone to her home. She said they told her there was no one in her area. She called me to just get it repaired because she was frustrated with the # Warranty. I reached out to GE and was able to get them to dispatch the call to me so that I could take care of it for her energy is # Warranty. They had a discrepancy with her address since she had recently moved. They were able to successfully dispatch it. Unit was not drying because the humidity thermistor had failed. I replaced the outlet thermistor, Unit is good to go.
Parts replaced: WE04X35682 (outlet temp (ntc4)/humidity sensor).
