Bake igniter, pulling 2.5 A instead of the specified 3.2 to 3.6. Replaced bake igniter. Oven lit within 30 seconds. Good to go.

Blower wheel packed with lint. Cleared it. Checked outside vent. Good to go.

Washer stopped working mid-cycle — display went dark, no power, unplugging and replugging did not reset it

Washer had stopped mid-cycle with display dark, no power, and did not reset on unplug/replug. Pulled the fault code and found F3E1. Checked hot and cold water flow — good. Checked drain loop — good. Checked shocks — fine. Cleared the code, unit powered on, and ran through an auto diagnostic cycle and calibration cycle with no issues. No apparent cause found; treating as an isolated occurrence. Advised customer of a 30-day guarantee on the service call.

Refrigerator making noise in back, possible compressor issue; freezer also may not be working properly

Loud compressor operation reported. Found condenser coil completely plugged with debris. Fresh food running mid-40s, freezer mid-20s. Cleaned condenser coil. Monitored 15 minutes post-cleaning — compartment temps trending down toward normal, compressor noise still present. Continuing to monitor over 24 hours to confirm temps fully recover and noise resolves.
