Whirlpool Washer Repair (Model CABRIO WTW5500XW1) – Alliance, OH

A Whirlpool Cabrio washer at a home on Oyster Rd in Alliance, OH was reported as not working. Louisville Appliance Repair technician Samuel visited the address and replaced the shift actuator to get the unit running again. A follow-up visit was also made to address a lingering issue after the washer filled with water and errored out, and the machine was washing normally by the time Samuel left.

Still giving issues. She said it filled with water then errored out. It had a stored f7e1. I ran automatic diagnostic and I didn’t generate the code again. It was filled and washing when I left. Transmission was leaking some oil. Idk how long it will last.
