We serviced an Admiral washer in Massillon that wouldn’t complete cycles and displayed error code E48. The machine displayed error code E48, which means the console control board thinks the door PTC circuit is closed. This error prevents the washer from operating properly because the control board believes the door isn’t securely latched, triggering safety protocols that halt the wash cycle at various stages.
