We serviced a Samsung washer in Alliance, OH that had no lights or response on user interface. The customer confirmed they could power a drill from the outlet, so we knew the problem was internal. The Problem

Further testing revealed that the DC voltage from the main control board to the user interface was low — it should have 12 V and it had like 3.5.
